This charming historic home turned into a boutique hotel offers direct views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island and is the closest lodging to the beach and Newport Beach pier. There are 15 coastal-themed guest rooms, some have ocean views and most have spa whirlpool bathtubs and showers. One- or two-bedroom suites are popular for families due to their king size bed and a trundle bed, plus sitting area and kitchenette. Guests receive a complimentary breakfast served each morning in the lobby bar area. This common area also serves complimentary hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. Beer, wine, and water is available to purchase during the day and evening. Grab a beach towel and chair before heading out to the sand.
