$$$ | |The high wood-beamed ceilings, stone walls, and spectacular views in this spacious, historic room are perhaps the biggest draw for the lodge's main restaurant. Dinner includes southwestern steak-house fare that would make any cowboy feel at home, including selections such as bison and venison. But the restaurant also prides itself on the use of tasty, heart-healthy ingredients and cooking methods and offers a solid wine list. Dinner reservations are essential in summer and on spring and fall weekends. Breakfast and lunch are also served.
