At the foot of Mont-Sainte-Anne, this spa is a great après-sport stop. After steeping in Nordic baths, try a "muscular tonic massage" employing peppermint as an anti-inflammatory. Gentle children's massages use aloe with the aroma of bubble gum. Nordic baths start at C$25 and massage prices begin at C$50 for 30 minutes.
