L'Échaudé's youngest sister was born out of a desire to attract travelers and locals for 5 à 7 (happy hour) with good wines and good food. Their creative terroir tapas, like the Arctic char carpaccio and the bison hanger steak (or their gnocchi with herbs for something lighter) are wonderfully complemented by the baby-blue walls and bright space.
