Air Travel

Scheduled air service operates in and out of Charlottetown Airport (YYG), 5 km (3 miles) north of the capital. Air Canada runs direct service year-round from Halifax, Montréal, and Toronto, with seasonal service from Ottawa from June to September. Connections from 190 destinations worldwide can be made via Toronto and Montréal. WestJet provides year-round service from Toronto. At the airport you can rent a car or grab a cab for the C$14 drive into town.
