Outside Expeditions. Kayak rentals and kayak tours are offered here, in more sheltered waters than those at sea. The tours include everything from easy 90-minute paddles appropriate for any level of expertise to six-hour seal-watching excursions to St. Andrew's Point. Rental bikes and stand-up paddleboards are also available. They also have a location at North Rustico. Tranquility Cove Adventures. One way to experience PEI like a native is to sign up for a half-day of clam digging on an offshore island, complete with cooking up your finds. Another option is to set out for two hours of starfish hunting or deep-sea fishing.
