Air Travel

The province's main airport is St. John's International Airport, and another international airport is at Gander, farther west. Domestic airports are at Stephenville, Deer Lake, and St. Anthony. If you plan to fly in and rent a car, book as far in advance as possible; rental vehicles are in limited supply, and in peak season they go quickly.
