Train Travel

Train travel options in New Brunswick are limited: VIA Rail offers a thrice-weekly passenger service from Montréal to Halifax, stopping in New Brunswick at Campbellton, Bathurst, Miramichi, Moncton, and Sackville, with request stops at a number of smaller towns along the route. The Montréal to Moncton economy fare is C$175 each way. There is no train service to the cities of Saint John or Fredericton.
