It sits on 10 acres of waterfront grounds and includes two sitting rooms, a sunroom, and two large porches, as well as the dining room where delicious breakfasts might include wild blueberry pancakes and local apple sausage, scrambled eggs or French toast. One room in the house is a gallery for Joyce's watercolors.
