Fodor's Expert Review The Green House on Main Restaurant
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Loaded with charm, artwork, and antiques, this upbeat restaurant is trendy despite its 19th-century building. Supplied by local farmers and food producers, they have a commitment to organic and natural foods, producing appetizers such as Cajun shrimp with prosciutto and cilantro cream, and inventive tuna steaks on the main course list. Naturally, there's lobster, too—this is Shediac, after all. Nonseafood dishes might include roasted pork loin or chicken wings. You can eat outside on the heated patio or upstairs in the intimate dining room.
