Skiing

Many of Fredericton’s 70 km (44 miles) of walking trails, especially those along the river and in Odell and Wilmot parks, are groomed for cross-country skiing.

Ski Crabbe Mountain. The 21 downhill trails here have a vertical drop of 853 feet, and there are three good terrain parks, plus trails for Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Other amenities include lifts, snowboard and ski rentals, a ski shop, instruction, a skating pond, babysitting, and a lounge and restaurant.
