Well-deserved accolades keep pouring in for this excellent restaurant where the concept is upscale global cuisine made with local and organic ingredients, some provided by local farmers. It's also New Brunswick's only Oceanwise restaurant, promising that all the seafood served comes from sustainable stock. The food is inventive and consistently good, from home-baked specialty breads to succulent steaks cooked with local artisan beer, and the tamarind-chili Arctic char comes highly recommended. The surroundings are stylish, intimate, and nicely unpretentious, and the friendly servers are knowledgeable and engagingly enthusiastic about the food.
