Running

Vancouverites go for a run at any time of day, in almost any weather. The seawall around the downtown peninsula remains the most popular route, though the hilly byways of the North Shore are also popular with trail runners. Visitors staying downtown will be drawn to the 10-km (6-mile) loop around Stanley Park, or the short 2-km (1-mile) circuit around Lost Lagoon.
