The relaxed, ocean-view dining room at this art-filled lodge is the stage for some of the country's most innovative meals. The four-course menu changes daily and is comprised almost exclusively of local, organic fare. Many wild and rare ingredients on offer are from local farms, fishers and foragers. The inn's own certified organic garden not only provides some 400-plus herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers for the kitchen but also offers a lovely oasis for guests. The gastronomical menu is a gourmet multicourse tasting experience with optional wine pairings. The wine cellar is exceptional—cellar tours run on request. An Afternoon "Tea by the Sea" is served daily.
