Bus and Light Rail Travel

Calgary Transit (CT) operates a comprehensive bus and light rail transit system throughout the city. Fares are C$2.25 and you can ask for a free transfer from the driver. Ten-ticket books are C$19.50. A Calgary Transit Day Pass good for unlimited rides costs C$6.75. The C-Train has lines running northwest (Brentwood), northeast (Whitehorn), and south (Fish Creek) from downtown. The C-Train is free within the downtown core.
