Fodor's Expert Review Ula-Gula

A sceney streetside bar attracting a well-heeled crowd is the front man for the breezy, open-air restaurant upstairs. Most come for the martinis and music, especially when a DJ spins on Tuesday through Saturday nights. The ever-fluctuating menu seems to have settled on Italian with pizzas and pastas like mushroom ravioli and fettucinial azafran (artichoke, shrimp, chorizo and saffron cream sauce). Some dine elsewhere, and then stop in for the chocolate lava cake or famous cucumber martini.
