Fodor's Expert Review La Casa de las Sirenas
The place is the calling card here—the 16th-century mansion sits at the foot of the Templo Mayor ruins, stones from which were incorporated into the building. At lunchtime, you may want to reserve a table on the atmospheric second-floor terrace overlooking the Zócalo, cathedral, and national palace. The menu is a mishmash of international (Cornish game hen) and Mexican (cilantro soup).
