This dining spot thrives despite having no menu, no fixed hours, no sign, and no official name. A transplanted Hungarian family fishes by day and cooks and serves their catch (usually red snapper, sea bass, or tuna steaks) by night. French fries and veggies complete your plate for a fixed $18, and beer and cocktails are extra. The entire production takes place only on some days, and there’s the kicker: the premise here makes it difficult to plan any more than a few hours in advance. Your best bet is to have your hotel call to see if anything is going on that evening. If Lazlo’s and your schedule coincide, go and enjoy the fun informality of it all. Get there by 6; when the fish is gone, it’s gone.
