The most romantic restaurant in Dominical, this pretty, garden-terrace spot sparkles with fairy lights and offers a view of sky and sea and seating close enough for diners to hear waves crashing on the rocks below. The menu is upscale and sophisticated and focused on local seafood and wood-fired pizzas with unconventional ingredients. You could try, for example, red snapper in an almond crust with baby potatoes, and a salad of feta and watermelon. The accompanying wine choices are mostly South American. If your budget is modest, check out the aperitif bar on the restaurant's ocean-side deck built around a beach almond tree whose leafy canopy supplies a natural roof. It's the ideal place to watch a Pacific sunset (it's open 3 to 7). The restaurant is open for breakfast as well.
