Tucked inside the peaceful 33-acre gated Tulemar Gardens, circular glass villas perched on jungle hillsides are connected by paved trails that meander past four swimming pools and spill onto the beach. Lush grounds are divided into three sections, with two-story units at the top (and closest to the road) having two bedrooms, three bathrooms, open-air showers, modern style, and Jacuzzi tubs where monkeys eat mangoes overhead. Units in the middle section are slightly older, while those closest to the beach have two levels that are rented separately as standard rooms. Each area has its own pool, with additional on-site perks like a spa, restaurant, and protected bay with kayaks and boogie boards. Excluding the standard rooms, all categories have fully equipped kitchens and washers and dryers. Since this property also operates as condominiums, no two units are identical.
