This charming B&B is owned and operated by a lovely Costa Rican family that takes pride in every detail, from the homemade breakfasts and manicured gardens to the spotless rooms and warm hospitality. Fixed four-course dinners with wine are convenient on rainy nights, and the hearty breakfasts covering the spectrum from mango crepes to chicken burritos cater to early birds (or birders). Situated on 400 acres of farmland, the property is backed by a network of trails perfect for a morning hike or a sunset horseback ride (available for $40 for two hours).
