Located on 36 acres between the Belize River and Ridge Lagoon north of Belize City, Bacab Ecopark has a variety of water- and nature-related activities. You can take a guided nature tour, kayak trip, go biking or horseback riding, visit the butterfly house, or just swim in the large pool with its artificial waterfall slide. The ecopark attracts cruise-ship tours but also some Belizeans. There are a bar and restaurants in the park. Bring mosquito repellant.
