Two ferry ports that connect Britain with Ireland are in Wales. Regular daily ferries with Stena Line and Irish Ferries sail from Fishguard, in the southwest, and Holyhead, in the northwest. Stena Line also runs some ferries between Rosslare and Cherbourg in France.
