Part of the Ece Marina complex, this upscale option has a lovely harbor-front location, so all of its large, tasteful rooms, with their Ottoman-inspired decorative accents, have full sea views. The pool, fitness center, and health spa are impressive, too. The cheaply built plaster-stone façade has crumbled in places, but otherwise the hotel is a solid choice.
