The sister venue of Müzedechanga occupies a three-story, early-20th-century Art Nouveau townhouse near Taksim Square and is only open mid-October through May. Innovative, fushion-style dishes combine flavors and ingredients from Turkey and around the world, presented with aesthetic flair. A large circular "skylight" cut into the ground floor reveals the bustling basement-level kitchen below.
