Owned and managed by the husband-and-wife team behind popular restaurant Karaköy Lokantası (and located directly above it), this intimate property offers impeccably maintained apartment-style accommodations near the Karaköy waterfront. The open-plan rooms and studios are especially spacious and decorated in an industrial-chic style, with hardwood floors, contemporary furniture and lamps, and exposed copper tubing; all have marble-lined bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. Studio apartments have separate living, dining, and sleeping areas, as well as basic kitchenettes. Top-floor rooms have views of the water, while Deluxe (corner) rooms have small private balconies. Service is hands-off but professional, and children under 12 are not allowed.
