The glass-roofed courtyard of the Rahmi M. Koç Museum (the Ankara counterpart of the Istanbul museum, which focuses on the history of transport, industry, and communications), next to the Divan Çukurhan hotel, provides a relaxed and stylish dining experience, accented with the soothing splashing of a fountain and classical music playing in the background. Service is excellent, special attention is paid to presentation, and the menu offers a blend of Turkish and contemporary cuisine. Expect starters like shrimp casserole with porcini mushrooms and mains such as grilled chicken with thyme and traditional firik pilaf. The restaurant stays open in the evening after the museum closes.
