A multicourse gastronomic treat awaits at the restaurant in this 17th-century farmhouse set beneath old, draping trees. Chef Bernard Ravet and his family serve the classics with a modern twist: son Guy, who trained at top addresses in France and the United States, leads the kitchen in tandem with his father; daughter and sommelier Nathalie pours carefully paired vintages; pastry magic is in the hands of another daughter; and the chef's wife presides over the dining room. Artistry on the plate includes four styles of duck and goose foie gras or saddle of venison with truffles and chanterelles. The business lunch is a gem. Chic guest rooms beg a stay for the night.
