Fodor's Expert Review Hotel Hebrides

A welcoming hotel with lovely gardens and views across the loch and harbor, Hotel Hebrides is an oasis of luxury in unassuming Tarbert. It has pleasant, modern interiors and a restaurant that serves a bountiful range of seafood, as well as steaks and salads, until late (at least, later than elsewhere in Tarbert). The house Bloody Mary includes a jalapeño—presumably not locally grown. In addition to the hotel rooms, four luxury designer Kirklea Island Suites are available.
