An elegant, old-style restaurant in the Italian tradition, La Parmigiana takes pride in its more than 30 years of consistently fine cooking. Its lobster ravioli and exquisite home-produced fresh pasta are of the highest quality—with a corresponding price ticket. Salmon in puff pastry, duck a l'orange, and fillet of venison recall an earlier age in fine dining, as do the black-jacketed waiters. And the proprietors, the Giovanazzis, pride themselves on using the best and freshest ingredients. Expertise in the kitchen is reflected in the well-balanced wine list.
