Located in another of the Merchant City's iconic buildings, what was originally the 17th-century Hutchesons Hospital, is now an elegant restaurant specializing in steak and seafood. The steaks are sold by weight, while the main menu includes roast monkfish tail alongside an impressive array of beef. The main dining space is on the first-floor level, with high windows and beautiful ceilings, while the downstairs bar and its dark-wood interiors with tropical plants is a more intimate space.
