Bus Travel

You can get to most sights in the environs of Moscow by commuter train, sometimes with a local bus connection, while you have a choice of train or bus to reach most of the towns of the Golden Ring. You'll use the bus for short-distance travel between towns. Be sure to check schedules before you leave Moscow to see when the return bus runs.
