This cosy restaurant, located in the basement of the Museum of Time and Music, serves delicious local cuisine cooked in the traditional Russian stove. The dishes include different kashas, or grains, cooked with meats, soups, dumplings, stews, and meats. Infused vodkas, made on the premises with horseradish, local berries, Siberian pine nuts and herbs, among others, accompany the meals.
