A perfectly adequate base, this no-frills, Soviet-era hotel is clean, comfortable, and makes every effort to provide guests with necessities, like hairdryers or shampoo, upon request. Rooms are small but tidy, some with volcano views, and bathrooms are functional. Prices are on par with other hotels in the city, but no bargain for what you're getting, although it does include a decent breakfast.
