This spacious, bistro-like hotel restaurant, with a sprawling terrace overlooking the main square and the Alexander the Great statue, draws locals and tourists as much for its copious plates of fusion Italian-Macedonian food as for its all-day hours and convenient location. Though service can be brusque and painfully slow when the restaurant is full—which is often—the plenitude of options, including pizzas, pastas, salads, and more traditional meals like fried cheese and veal-and-wild-mushroom stew, assures something for everyone.
