Fodor's Expert Review Café Arcada
Opposite the fountain on Praça do Giraldo, Café Arcada is a local institution. The large hall, divided into snack bar and restaurant sections, is decorated with photos of the big bands that played here in the 1940s. Tables on the square are just the place from which to watch the city on parade. Try the queijadas (cakes made with fresh cheese).
