Located inside the Parque de Curia, this spa has an old-fashioned feel (it's in a grande dame hotel where the glamour has faded slightly) but still offers a good range of preventive and regenerative treatments. The calcium salts, sulfur, and magnesium in the waters here are believed to be particularly good for rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases; programs of varying durations include accommodations at the hotel. Nonguests can enjoy the spa on a drop-in basis, with more general treatments including half-hour massages.
