On a farm 4 km (2.5 miles) outside of town, this attractively converted flour mill is perfect for families. A host of animals—including horses, sheep, and peacocks—enhance the pastoral tone. The charmingly decorated bedrooms are all in converted outbuildings, while the breakfast and sitting room are in the main house. The farm also has a lovely pool and a separate restaurant, Azenha ($$).
