Diplomatic Quarter and Lazienki

In the 19th century smart carriages and riders eager to be seen thronged the aleje Ujazdowskie. Today the avenue is a favorite with Sunday strollers. It leads to the beautiful ?azienki Park and the white Pa?ac ?azienkowski (?azienki Palace), the private residence of the last king of Poland. This is the greenest of all central Warsaw neighborhoods.
