Set atop the vaulted boat yards of a 17th-century palazzo, the contemporary interior at the top of the spiral glass staircase may come as somewhat of a surprise. Panoramic glass windows allow for uninterrupted views of the colorful luzzu fishing boats bobbing in the bay below. Seafood and live lobster are the stars here, but the daily catch is backed up by excellent à la carte grilled meats served Italian-style. The in-the-know Maltese head here for fresh fish cooked and served perfectly.
