One of the first tenants in Treviso's restored Quartiere Latino, Vineria specializes in food with local ingredients and has three-course, moderately priced prix-fixe meal with ingredients strictly from the province. Chef Alberto Toè follows a cardinal rule of classic Italian cooking: use the best, freshest ingredients and prepare them simply, seasoning just enough to enhance their flavor. Although the emphasis is on local ingredients and classic procedures, the menu is modern and creative.
