Fodor's Expert Review Dal Corsaro
This elegant but simply furnished Michelin-starred restaurant near the port offers modern and creative Italian haute cuisine on two wide-ranging tasting menus (€110 and €145 per person), consisting of a series of dishes that are only revealed when presented to your table (any food allergies can be communicated beforehand). Dal Corsaro shares its chef, Stefano Deidda, and kitchen with the adjacent, more casual Fork bistro, where the à la carte and prix-fixe lunch menus include such mouthwatering dishes as lobster salad with burrata and fried fennel bread, seafood stew, and risotto with chicory, pig's cheek, and cannonau wine; there's a separate oyster menu, too. Fork has tables outside in spring and summer.
