This restaurant serves terrific pasta dishes in a room with exposed sandy brick walls and high, luminous windows. Most of the fruit, vegetables, herbs, and honey used here are sourced from the restaurant's organic farm in the Tuscan countryside. Executive chef Antonello Sardi is young and gifted, as is his ace brigade. Service is attentive and unobtrusive, making a meal here memorable.
