This restaurant serves terrific pasta dishes in a room with exposed sandy brick walls and high, luminous windows. Most of the fruit, vegetables, herbs, and honey used here are sourced from the restaurant's organic farm in the Tuscan countryside. À la carte possibilities include code ai scampi scottate, crudo di gamberi rosso su crema di zucchine biologiche e salsa all'arancia (two different kinds of shrimp—one cooked, one raw—on a creamy organic zucchini and orange sauce), but you might want to opt for one of the tasting menus. Executive chef Antonello Sardi is young and gifted, as is his ace brigade. Service is attentive and unobtrusive, making a meal here memorable.
