Taxi Travel

It costs €3.80 to hire a taxi on the street (€4.20 by night) in the larger towns: add €2 to book by phone, and €1.14 per kilometer or part of a kilometer for the first 15 km (9 miles). Reputable companies include Celtic Cabs in Wexford, Rapidcabs in Waterford, and Kilkenny Taxi.
