Shannon Airport, Ennis, and Galway City have excellent connections to and from other regions in Ireland. Bus Éireann has the greatest network of bus routes in Ireland. Its Expressway 20 service connects Galway to Dublin, while its Expressway 51 service connects Cork to Galway via Limerick City, Shannon Airport, and Ennis.

Bus Éireann’s regional services can take you from Ennis and Galway to smaller towns and villages throughout the district. Regional service 343 connects Shannon Airport to Limerick and Ennis. For those heading to the coast, regional service 350 connects Ennis and Galway via Lahinch, Doolin, the Cliffs of Moher, and Kinvara.

Dublin Coach’s M7 Express brings passengers to Bunratty and Ennis from Dublin and Kerry. City Link connects Galway to Dublin, Cork, and Limerick.
