Kionia

The little seaside town of Kionia is a short scenic drive, bike ride, or hike west of Tinos Town. A few simple tavernas and rooms are set off the main beach road, and on the main road the landmark Tinos Beach Hotel directly overlooks Kionia beach. Kionia’s main attraction is the Sanctuary of Poseidon, which dates back to the 4th century BC.
