Bus Travel

KTEL buses leave Athens Terminal A for Igoumenitsa, where there's a ferry to Corfu (11 hours, around €48 one-way, plus ferry fares).

On Corfu, bus services run from Corfu Town to the main towns and villages on the island; schedules and prices can change seasonally and yearly. There are two bus lines. The Green KTEL buses leave for distant towns from the Corfu Town terminal between the town center and the airport. Blue suburban buses (with stops including Kanoni and Gastouri) leave from in and around San Rocco Square. Get timetables at both bus depots. Tickets—farthest rides are just under €5—can be bought at the depots or on the bus.
