Waiters bring a giant tray of the day's offerings, which include such favorites as taramosalata, Smyrna-style tzatziki, cuttlefish stewed with onions, lahanodolmades (cabbage rolls), eggplant dip, fried calamari, moussaka, and bekri mezedes (wine-marinated pork cutlets).
