Tucked away in Tbilisi's hip Vera neighborhood, this cozy urban paradise blends seamlessly with its surroundings. A design-forward boutique hotel in a reclaimed Soviet era publishing house, Rooms fuses elements of its past with 20s New York charm—think traditionally-clad bellhops, heavy room keys neatly displayed behind the front desk, and hand-laid tile—with Georgian hospitality. Part of the Design Hotels hospitality group and Adjara hospitality, you can be sure that every detail was carefully curated; this is where you’ll want to retire to after a day of touring the city, either for cocktails on the patio or to curl up with a good book in snug yet sophisticated rooms. Rooms has another location in Kazebegi, and an ultra-trendy hostel and sister-property called Fabrika, also in Tbilisi. Additionally, the group just opened a slightly more upscale property, Stamba, complete with a casino, Chocolaterie, and glass-bottom rooftop swimming pool in the adjacent building.
