Although French Belle Epoque in appearance, this 4-star hotel a few steps from Piazza Square is a relatively new creation, built by Georgian businessman Oleg Galogre. Rooms contain far less flair than the exterior and lobby, with few distinguising characteristics in the standard double and single beds, wood desk, and leather sofas and armchairs. The roof-top terrace, however, is a gem and the location of a restaurant and bar that serves breakfast and classic Georgian cuisine throughout the day, made more enjoyable by the views of the sea and mountains.
